A premium social network, enabling influencers from around the world to monetize their
followings and traffic. You’ll be responsible for the growth of the brand and market share in DACH.
Primarily focused on scouting and onboarding new influencers to our platform, you will also manage other
country-specific tasks with the ongoing goal of expansion.
The Business Development Manager, DACH will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to help
develop, adapt, and strengthen our position in each market. This is a remote position.
● Scout potential influencers
● Manage, support and coach influencers to elevate their earning potential.
● Act as a local expert and representative for in the DACH markets.
● Act as the internal expert on all things DACH concerning our business.
● Represent at trade shows, conferences and events.
● Manage media buying for branding and awareness throughout various networks and social media
● Manage social media accounts
● Participate in communication-based projects such as translations, media relations, etc.
The role, in terms of time spent, will be roughly divided among:
● 80% scouting, onboarding and managing influencers
● 15% media buying + social media
● 5% communication based tasks
The main deliverables for your success will be based on will include:
● Our growth and market share in the German-speaking markets
● Revenue goals based on the influencers you manage
You are an experienced sales professional with a track record of over-delivering. You speak German at a
native level, and are able to communicate professionally in English.
● Native-level German speaker, Professional-level English speaker
● 3-5 years experience in online marketing, media buying and/or affiliation
● Solid understanding of popular social networks and how to work with them
● Entrepreneurial, proactive and able to manage multiple projects
● Broad knowledge of German culture, behaviours and buying habits
● Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
● Any past experiences working with influencers is a big plus
