Business Development Manager, In House Full Time

Looking for a Business Development Manager who is responsible for identifying new industry sectors, build business relationships that will promote Company offerings, and growing and maintaining affiliates. Your contributions will continue to provide our customers the best possible user experience for everyone who visits our web sites 24 hours a day, every day of the year, all over the world.

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies with management within assigned vertical to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Search for affiliate opportunities in online display and mobile channels
  • Research new advertising opportunities and establish relationships with new publishers to purchase online media
  • Identify and recruit new affiliates, ad networks and strategic partners
  • Manage and develop existing affiliate accounts to maintain a profitable and favorable relationship.
  • Work with Business Development and the management team to build a go-to-market strategy
  • Work closely with other functional support departments to report issues, request projects, and ensure follow-through on revenue tracking and reporting issues related to performance marketing
  • Represent at industry trade shows, customer events, and conferences
  • Ensure strategy developed to achieve goals and objectives are successfully met by constantly monitoring performance and verifying satisfaction of accounts
  • Generate and influence business cases for business development projects
  • Present to potential clients through direct communication in face to face meetings, telephone calls and emails
  • Generate new business for the company through the initiation of strategic affiliation deals, co-brands, and partnerships
  • Responsible for lead generation and appointment setting
  • Create and be accountable for all client proposals, contracts, and any documentation

 

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelors’ degree and/or equivalent work experience
  • Must have 5+ years’ experience as a Business Development Manager
  • Knowledge of internet marketing, performance marketing, media planning, buying, and optimizing interactive media such as CPM, PPC, CPA, and CPL
  • Must be at least 21 years old or older
  • Must be comfortable with adult content

 

WHAT IS PREFERABLE TO HAVE

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple, competing priorities
  • Complete understanding and knowledge of the sales process

 

WHAT YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO DEMONSTRATE

  • Possess drive, motivation and acute attention to detail for ensuring all sales opportunities are captured and explored
  • Willingness to travel
  • Comfortable working with the online adult industry
  • Strong analytical skills and be proficient with Excel
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Have a high degree of honesty and integrity
  • Demonstrated organizational skills; the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • Be a team-player, positive attitude and flexible
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
