The Affiliate Account Manager’s (AAM) main responsibility is to manage the Affiliate program and all key affiliates accounts. As AAM you will be responsible for increasing revenue and CMP gross profit across your portfolio of affiliate program customers, as well as client retention.


  • Implement and optimize  new affiliates recruited by yourself, as well as integrating other affiliates from the Business Development Manager

  • Build strong personal relationships with key affiliates.

  • Daily monitoring and optimization of KPIs on your campaigns – following up with affiliates to identify reasons for anomalies

  • Create a forecast and development plan for each of your allocated accounts Work with the rest of the team to ensure that actions on the development plan are completed and forecasted results are met

  • Travel to business conferences around the world to establish new partnerships and maintain/grow the existing ones


  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate statistics into insight and actions

  • Extensive successful account management experience from the affiliate marketing industry

  • Strong strategic thinker with proven experience

  • Demonstrable influencing skills and strong commercial awareness

  • Fluent English communicator with both excellent oral and written presentation skills

  • Interest in developing team management skills

  • Positive outlook, ability to handle pressure

  • Shows passion for what they do

  • Detail focused
