2+ year experience in the online advertising industry (Account/Affiliate Manager, Sales Manager, Media Buyer, etc)

This position requires a candidate who is energetic, enthusiastic, and motivated to work in a leading company within the online entertainment sector. As a Affiliate Manager you will be responsible for direct sales to cold prospects and leads with the handover of clients to account managers during the negotiations of the first deals. You will work closely with our amazing product, marketing and sales team and report directly to the Business Development Manager.


You understand the general needs of online advertisers and publishers and you are able to manage hundreds of clients successfully.

We will value any previous experience as a media buyer, advertiser, sales or traffic manager.



• 2+ year experience in the online advertising industry (Account/Affiliate Manager, Sales Manager, Media Buyer, etc);

• Ability to make decisions with little or no guidance when required;

• Proven track of closed deals;

• Perfect knowledge of the different pricing models;

• Experience in the management of online advertising campaigns will be highly valued; 

• Fluent English, written and spoken (other languages will be highly valued);

• Good understanding and personal interest/contacts in online marketing and digital environment;

• A minimum of technical skills required (experience working with conversion tracking, web analytic tools, etc).

• Good with statistical reports and data analysis.



  • Sell online services and achieve volumes of sales;
  • Enhance market share;
  • Identify new business opportunities and analyze sales options;
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, guidance and service improvements;
  • Identify product improvements by remaining current on industry trends and competitors;
  • Personal meetings/negotiations with new potential clients;
  • Identify growth opportunities (cross selling, up-selling) in order to scale the company’s pool of clients;
  • Attending trade shows, events and local meet-ups;


In long-term perspective we will expect that you:

• Build strong and sustainable relationships with your clients through strategic thinking and assist them with reaching their ROI objectives;

• Meet and exceed your quarterly revenue goals generated from your global portfolio;

• Participate and communicate actively with other team members within the sales division to aid knowledge and best practice sharing;



This is the high commision based position, with flexible timetable and independent work schedule;

During domestic and international business trips, all expenses are reimbursed by the company;
