 This is an IN House Position in Toronto, NO Remote..

Looking to hire an Account Manager. The Account Manager is the liaison for our North American Talent. This person will help new and existing talent to explore the options on our site to earn more revenue from our various programs and platforms.

Job Responsibilities:

The key responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Building relationships with newly registered performers to help them get started on the platform.

  • Managing existing client relationships and providing them with excellent service and support.

  • Pulling reports and analyzing data that will help understand the market and how to get our talent moving towards our overall company goals

  • Achieving targets each month assigned by your supervisor and management team

  • Online recruiting through forums, ads, job postings

  • Travel to tradeshows and events for the purpose of recruitment

  • The ability to find new opportunities for marketing events both on and offline

  • Providing customer support in real time through our onsite app

  • Dealing with issues that arise and getting them handled or directed to the appropriate department

  • Feeding back all suggestions for improvement and market research to senior staff.

  • Some weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting as needed

  • Some communication with French speaking performers

 

Requirements

  • University Undergrad or College Diploma preferably in Marketing or Business Administration is an asset.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot, Intercom)

  • Solid experience with MS Office (particularly MS Excel)

  • Online marketing and social media skills

  • Previous sales or customer service experience preferred

  • Speak French not required but a huge asset.
